What a terrible discovery..
On a leisurely autumn walk with her dog, Elina initially suspected nothing – until she suddenly came across a plastic bag lying on the road.
Suddenly she heard the high-pitched squeaking of a living creature coming from inside the bag – the the screams went through her bones!
She could hardly believe her eyes
When Elina opened the bag, she couldn’t believe what she found inside at first. She was simply furious and horrified!
She almost fainted from the shock, as she simply couldn’t understand how a human could do such a thing to a living creature.
It was a small kitten that had been put in a bin liner by strangers and then thrown on the street.
It was exhausted and frightened
Elina knew she had to act immediately – she didn’t think twice about it, but took the kitten home with her to save it.
It’s incredible that the poor kitten survived and didn’t suffocate in the plastic bag due to lack of oxygen.
Once home, Elina lovingly cared for the kitten: she washed it in a warm bath, gave it milk to drink and then put it in a warm bed where it could rest in peace.
His life changed abruptly
The loving treatment did the kitten a world of good – within just one week, it was barely recognisable.
The kitten clearly feels at home with its new owner and can now finally leave her sad past behind her.
What incredible luck for this kitten that Elina found it and decided to give it a new forever home.
