A car is parked in a car park with the engine running. Something seems to be wrong, because the occupants are just about to open the bonnet.
Now they are presented with a sight that nobody expected.
Oh my God, I’m so scared
It is not clear from the short video what exactly aroused their suspicions. One woman seems to be expecting something terrible:
„Oh my God, I’m so scared“,
we hear her say. Then the bonnet opens and the woman literally screams:
„Oh! My! God!“
However, it is not a cry of fear and the woman has no reason to be afraid.
Who’s bothering me here?
There’s no sinister monster under the bonnet and there’s no sign of a broken engine.
Instead, there’s a cat sitting there. It is neither very frightened nor aggressive, but rather a little surprised.
„Who’s bothering me here under my beautiful bonnet?“
the velvet paw seems to be thinking. She looks from one person to the other and then lets out a slightly surprised-sounding „meow“.
Obviously she was quite happy in her hiding place and now she has been discovered. What a pity!
Mechanic in training
Since nothing happened to the cat under the bonnet, most viewers take the video from its comical side.
„No wonder the engine was purring“,
writes user Jozz in the comments. Johnny C. Homicidal has this assumption:
„The little guy wanted to train as an auto mechanic.“
User Sam Bishop is pretty sure the cat would never have got under the bonnet on its own. He writes:
„It sure looks like someone put her in there and then closed the bonnet.“
However she managed it, one thing is for sure: the sight of the cat and the woman’s reaction are a must-watch.
