Sanja, then known as Else, hit the jackpot after a bad past in Romania: she found a loving home in Munich.

Unfortunately, her good fortune only lasted a year and a half. Now her owner is seriously ill and can no longer look after Sanja properly.

That’s why this wonderful dog urgently needs a new home.

This is Sanja

Sanja is now three years young. At 66 centimetres at the shoulder and weighing 30 kilograms, this sweet beauty is one of the larger dogs.

However, as she is very gentle, calm and even submissive, her size does not pose any particular challenges.

This sweet mouse is an absolute cuddly dog. Cuddles and familiar closeness to her humans are the most important things to her.

She immediately takes women and children into her big heart, but she is still a little shy with men. When she meets strange men, she sometimes gets scared.

However, she has already made significant progress and this thoroughly peaceful dog never becomes aggressive anyway.

She is usually neutral towards other dogs, sometimes still a little unsure. Here, too, she always retains her good-natured nature.

In her current home, she lives with several cats and is good friends with them. The furry family even share a bed.

Even though Sanja loves to be close to her humans, she can easily be left alone for a few hours.

She remains just as calm as when the doorbell rings. It would never occur to her to bark at visitors.

This smart, obedient girl has already had a good education and is great on the lead.

She patiently puts up with visits to the vet and grooming such as brushing her beautiful long coat.

The only thing she really doesn’t like is travelling in the car. The reason for this is very understandable, as it makes her feel sick and makes her vomit.

The ideal home for Sanja

It’s a big blow for Sanja to lose her home and, above all, her owner and her cat siblings, but unfortunately there’s no other way.

To comfort her over the loss and enable her to continue living a happy life, the only thing that will help is a new home where she will be loved just as much and have just as good a time.

Sanja has no special requirements. In addition to the obvious things such as good care, a full family bond and a cosy, safe home, what she wants most of all is lots of cuddles.

Of course, she also needs to be kept busy and taken for walks, although she prefers short laps. She is not a particularly active dog.

The love of her family is the most important thing for her and therefore there should be no doubt about this at any time in her life.

Will you give Sanja your heart and a happy future?
