Unfortunately, it is cruel everyday life in Romania: puppies that are not wanted by the owner of the mother dog are simply heartlessly dumped on the street.
They barely have a chance of survival on their own, but these people don’t care.
Matty and his brother Heini also had to experience this first-hand. The two puppies were wandering the streets in despair when they were luckily found.
In a foster home, the two are now eagerly hoping to find a forever home for each of them.
This is Matty
Matty is a very special beauty with his brindle coat and has the sweetest puppy eyes.
The little puppy is about four to five months old. He is already 40 centimetres tall and weighs ten kilograms.
This indicates that he wants to reach a relatively large size one day. He will probably be around 55 to 60 centimetres tall when he is fully grown.
Matty is a very sweet, people-orientated puppy. He loves to cuddle and loves the attention of his two-legged friends so much that he sometimes demands it.
He is always very charming, and his whole nature is good-natured and friendly.
People are his favourite thing, but this social young male also gets on very well with other dogs and cats.
However, just being cuddled and stroked is too boring for the lively, curious Matty. He also wants to move around a lot, play, romp around and explore the world.
Matty is the more active and braver of the two brothers, but they still love to play together.
The ideal home for Matty
Matty is looking for loving people who are just as cuddly and active as he is. He wants to cuddle a lot, play, go for walks and even do sports.
He would love to try agility or mantrailing, for example, when he is old enough.
This sweet little chap also wants to learn the ABC of dogs. He will certainly like to use his clever little head and would certainly enjoy attending a positive dog school.
Of course, he should only be trained at home with positive reinforcement. Matty also needs a lot of patience, understanding and empathy from his family.
Matty wants to be a fully-fledged member of the family and faithfully accompany his humans through thick and thin. Will you give him your heart and a loving home for his whole life?
