Nobody likes to hear that their favourite sweets have been eaten by someone else.

Let’s admit it, this video is simply hilarious. In just over a minute, the images manage to capture the hearts of millions. And the laugh muscles are not left behind either.
The main character is a grey-brown mottled dog with big brown eyes that look so innocent and expectant at the same time.
But the huge success of the video lies in the dog owner’s creative voice-over commentary.
Because he creates a scenario that pretty much every owner can identify with.
Eat, eat, eat
The video begins with a fairly everyday conversation that dog and owner have at the end of an evening.
Through the voice-over commentary, the man behind the camera puts the answers into the mouth of his favourite four-legged friend. The result is hilarious!
The topic is, of course, food. After all, what would a dog rather do than eat treats?
„Food – you know, I just couldn’t stop thinking about it“,
says his master, opening the conversation.
The statement is answered with wild tail wagging and a hopeful:
„Yeah.“
And in a high pitch that contrasts drastically with the man’s deep voice and makes everything seem even funnier.
The man goes on to tell his highly expectant friend that he ate the special bacon all by himself!
The dog responds with a huge yawn, which his master interprets as a cry of despair.
The theatre continues
The master continues to tease his dog and raves about other treats he has withheld from him.
But the icing on the cake is the last treat that his master claims to have fed the cat:
„Chicken and cheese that I covered in cat treats.“
Now the four-legged friend seems completely desperate, and (thanks to Daddy’s brilliant video editing) lets out a last, miserable cry from his open mouth.
No wonder the video amuses users time and time again. This conversation between master and dog is simply delicious to watch!
