But Tuna, a fluffy white cat diva, finds her very own ways.
And they make the strenuous work of the delivery men knocking on Cyn and Ben’s door seem a little less stressful.
A cat with attitude
Delivering mail and parcels and getting them to the right place in the allotted time is quite a back-breaking job.
Unfortunately, the effort of the deliverers is often not sufficiently appreciated.
But wait, here comes Tuna – Instagram star cat („thirstytuna“) with over 2000 followers – putting a huge smile on the faces of the people who bring her mistress mail.
Her Insta profile features countless posts with sweet interactions between the snow-white lady and her animal and human friends.
Fortunately, the surveillance camera captures the touching and funny moments.
The Amazon man, Tuna’s greatest love
„Tuna puts on a show. When they come to the door, she runs in circles. Then she rolls around on the floor. She has different moves. One we call the ‚helicopter tail‘. Then she rubs herself against the wall,
ben and Cyn describe the lavish repertoire of seduction skills.
But as soon as the Amazon delivery man enters Tuna’s little kingdom, it’s clear: this man has a very special place in Tuna’s heart!
She welcomes the man with loud cries of greeting, who of course simply cannot resist her self-confident charm and strokes her fluffy fur extensively.
And when the love of her life is not there, but she sees his delivery at the door, she obviously laments the sad emptiness that her admirer has left behind.
„Especially in light of the pandemic and how difficult the situation is in general, I think it’s like a little break for the delivery guys, a little bit of joy,“
says Tuna’s owner. And her mistress adds:
„Hopefully it’s like a little cat therapy session for them […] I think we can all learn a little bit from Tuna about how we interact with the world.“
Indeed – Tuna is a wonderful example of the positive impact a simple, heartfelt gesture can have!
