Life can be quite stressful for a baby. Everything is new and strange and the parents speak in a language you don’t yet understand.
Then you’re hungry or thirsty or you just long for a cuddle.
Sometimes it’s just screaming and that’s exactly what the baby in this video does while sitting on a bed with a Chihuahua.

Eye to eye
The baby and the little fur nose are sitting right opposite each other and the dog is looking deep into the human child’s eyes.
The baby looks back, but there seems to be a problem. Suddenly it starts to cry. The Chihuahua has just the right remedy.

He puts his head back and howls loudly, as if he were not a little Chihuahua on a bed, but a big wolf in the wild.
The baby is momentarily mute and looks at the fur nose with wide eyes. It wasn’t expecting that and whatever its problem was:

I can do that more often
The whole thing is repeated several times. The baby cries, the Chihuahua howls, the baby is silent and then it starts all over again.
You could almost believe that the baby is only crying so that the dog will cry again.
It just sounds too good and every time, a hint of a smile flits across the baby’s face.
