Even if a person loves their dog and wants to keep it forever, it can unfortunately happen that the four-legged friend cannot stay.

In particular, private or professional changes, financial problems and illness can force dog owners to give up their beloved furry friends.

This is what happened when Bo’s owner realised that she could no longer look after him. He is now eagerly awaiting a new home in the care of animal welfare organisations.

This is Bo

When you see Bo, all you see at first is fur. Thick, long, fuzzy fur, to be precise. Anyone who knows a little about him will also notice that he resembles a Bolonka.

The six-year-old male only measures around 30 to 35 centimetres at the shoulder. So underneath all that funny, pretty fur is a handy little dog.

What is perhaps surprising is that his luxuriant coat sheds very little, making him a pleasant flatmate even for allergy sufferers. He doesn’t have to wear it for too long either; it can be shorn regularly.

Whether he has a long or short coat, Bo is always a sweet, loving and charming darling.

Initially a little reserved, but always friendly, he quickly thaws out and then becomes an absolute „cuddle king“, as the animal welfare officers report.

Bo loves all people, big and small. In his former home, children often visited and Bo really enjoyed their company.

He is also good-natured towards other dogs and cats.

The cute little fuzzy male dog really enjoys being close to his two-legged friends and receiving attention. He enjoys cosy cuddles just as much as going for walks together.

The ideal home for Bo

Bo would love to find a home full of love where he can really stay forever.

He wants to spend every day of his life cuddling and going on lovely walks, being very close to his humans and being a full member of the family.

Bo would love to be with friendly children in his new home. However, he would also be happy with active young pensioners.

Experience with dogs is not necessary, thanks to his uncomplicated, loving, people-orientated character and because he already knows life in the house.

A sense of responsibility, empathy, patience and understanding are of course still required and he would like to arrive at his new home in peace.

A willingness to attend dog training is also a prerequisite for adoption, as is always the case with dogs from animal welfare organisations.

It is also important that his pretty fluffy coat is groomed regularly.

Will you give Bo your heart?
