Foster Home Can’t Keep Minnie, Who Will Rescue This Sweet Puppy Girl from the Shelter?

Dogs can only stay in foster homes temporarily, that’s the nature of things. But in Romania, these valuable places are limited to a few months.

If a dog doesn’t find a home in that time, it has to go back to the shelter – or in other words: to a bleak existence behind bars on a tiny patch of concrete floor.

Little Minnie is also threatened with this fate, as her time in her foster home is coming to an end. She is desperately hoping to find a family in time.

This is Minnie

Minnie is estimated to be around five to six months old. We don’t know exactly because she was found on the street, like so many puppies in Romania.

In any case, she is still a clumsy puppy with a delicate build and is currently around 40 centimetres tall. She will of course grow a little more, but will probably remain a medium size.

Minnie enchants not only with her beautiful soft coat, which shines in black with a very pretty pattern on her face, chest and the tips of her paws.

It is also her sweet, innocent and attentive look that goes straight to the heart, and especially her gentle, friendly nature.

The little dog girl is good-natured, open-minded and peaceful towards all people as well as her fellow dogs.

Minnie is happy when she has good company and can pursue her favourite pastimes: Cuddling and playing.

Minnie urgently needs a loving family

The tender, love-starved puppy would be lost at the shelter. Sitting in a kennel without any attention, not being able to move around and being lonely would break her little heart.

Minnie is urgently looking for loving people who can take her in forever or at least offer her an unlimited foster home in Germany.

She has no great expectations. All she needs to be happy are the things she takes for granted: lots of time with her family, plenty of cuddles, happy play, activities and contact with other dogs.

Good care, a cosy bed and a safe home are of course also part of her wishes.

It is also important that the sweet mouse learns the dog ABC. She would like to be patiently supported with positive reinforcement when settling in and learning and to be treated sensitively throughout her life.

Will you save Minnie from the animal shelter and give her a happy life?
