It is usually animal mothers who save their children and show heroic courage in doing so. In this case, it’s the other way around.
A little elephant child rescues its mother from a really bad situation caused by a nasty crocodile.
Attack from the river
The mother elephant and her offspring have come to the river to drink, which is exactly what they do.
Suddenly, the mother feels a sharp pain in her trunk. A crocodile has hidden in the water and snapped.
It was probably a mistake and the reptile mistook the trunk for an animal that doesn’t have a whole giantess attached to it.
Now it is hanging on to the trunk of its mother. She lifts the crocodile out of the water with ease, but it just won’t let go.
Junior intervenes
Normally, the crocodile would have no chance against the mother elephant.
But now, unfortunately, it is hanging on to her trunk in a way that makes it impossible to simply trample the attacker with its tons of weight.
Junior is of course nowhere near as heavy. But that doesn’t stop him from taking immediate action to free his beloved mother.
I’m going to stomp on it
Without thinking twice and completely forgetting his own danger, the little boy decides to launch a furious stomping attack.
He stomps on the stupid crocodile as if he had done nothing else all his life.
He won’t kill the animal, which is more than four meters long, but the little one only wants to get it to let go of its mother.
The winner of the day: baby elephant
The 200 kilograms of live weight are certainly enough for this task.
„Well,“ thinks the crocodile, „if it’s going to behave like this, jumping around on my back, then I’d better beat a retreat.“
He lets go of his trunk and Junior is the winner of the day. Let’s hope that the injuries to mom’s trunk heal well and that she can enjoy a long life together with her heroic child.
