Rescue workers have to be very careful with big cats like leopards. Especially in difficult situations, it is impossible to know how the animal will react.
Falling down the well
The leopard had to swim for its life for several hours after falling into a large well. How it got in there remains a mystery.
The villagers throw a wooden plank and the end of a thick rope into the well so that the leopard can hold on to something until the rescue workers arrive.
When they finally arrive, they lower a large crate into which the leopard can save itself. He is then taken into the wild.
Lost in an old school
But the joy doesn’t last too long. Shortly afterwards, the rescue team receive a message. The same leopard is stuck in an old elementary school.
Fortunately, the school has long been abandoned, but the leopard is lost inside. Every rescue attempt fails because the animal escapes.
Finally, the rescuers are able to shoot a tranquilizer dart through a hole in the wall.
After the leopard falls asleep, it is taken to a medical center.
There its wounds are treated before it is released back into the wild.
