Neglected by Pet Hoarder, Sweet Dachshund Mix Kuddel is Looking for a Loving Home

Quelle: tsv-suedkreta.de

The term animal hoarding refers to the pathological „collecting“ of pets. The pet owners concerned take in more and more animals without being able to look after them.

The animals often reproduce uncontrollably, so that the number of pets continues to multiply, and the more animals there are, the worse the situation becomes.

Kuddel has experienced it himself. He knows what it’s like to live in an uncontrolled mess, where it’s loud and dirty, smelly and you get no care or attention.

Fortunately, he was rescued. Now he hopes to find a real home.

This is Kuddel

Kuddel is an eight-year-old male dog with a shoulder height of only around 30 to 35 centimetres.

With his short legs and relatively long body, he bears a strong resemblance to a short-haired dachshund. His face is also very reminiscent of a dachshund.

Kuddel has probably spent his whole life with the animal hoarder. That means: eight years of neglect, eight years of no love, eight years of insecurity and dirt.

At the beginning, you could see that this understandably left its mark, not only on the outside, but also mentally. Kuddel was friendly from the start, but initially very timid.

However, thanks to the loving care of the animal welfare workers, he soon realised that there are good people out there and learned to trust them.

He is now not only a well-groomed, healthy dog, but also enjoys cuddling with his carers and has found his smile again.

The gentle boy is delighted with every bit of attention and loving cuddles.

He is still a little shy with strangers, but if you show him that you mean well, he will thaw out – and after a while he becomes super-cuddly and endlessly loyal.

Kuddel is a grateful, modest and calm dog boy. He is also good-natured towards other dogs and cats.

He is a very pleasant flatmate and companion who enjoys cosy get-togethers and lovely walks in the countryside.

The ideal home for Kuddel

Kuddel is looking for people who will love him and offer him a nice, safe and well-cared-for life.

He has had to do without everything for the first eight years, and he wants to be happy for the next eight years or more, for the rest of his life.

This sweet puppy doesn’t need much to be happy. The feeling of being in good hands, feeling love, cuddling and going for cosy walks is enough for him.

Of course, he also wants good food, a cosy basket and attentive care, as well as a full family bond and lots of time with his humans.

He is also hoping for patience and understanding from his new family, especially when he is settling in. He would certainly also like to learn a few things from the dog ABC with positive reinforcement.

Kuddel is ready to give his heart away and be the most loyal, loving companion you could wish for. Will you give him back the love he deserves?
