He gives the dog the name Tre.
Because the man has tiles rather than carpet in his home, Tre can only move around by sliding.
The man’s solution is yoga mats, which he spreads around his home and on which Tre can gradually learn to stand on three legs.
With a lot of work and training, the man manages to motivate his dog to run again.
Tre can now run like any other dog and enjoys an active life with his owner.
A reciprocated rescue
As the man trains tricks with his dog and realizes how the furry friend is learning to love life again, he starts to think.
The man is actually a real fitness freak and has already applied to the „American Ninja Warrior“ competition several times.
However, his divorce has left him so depressed that he has pushed this idea far away from him for the time being.
However, Tre motivated his owner so much that he threw himself back into his training and, after a third application, finally became a contestant on the show.
