While walking her dogs in Bali, a woman finds a small dog that is completely emaciated and injured. She is trembling all over and full of fear.
Because she doesn’t want to leave the dog like this, the woman takes her with her and brings her to the animal shelter. There, the poor dog is to be examined and rescued.
Completely terrified
It is clear that this dog has not had good experiences with people. She is trembling with fear and tries to hide when she is found.
It takes a lot of time and kind words before she allows the woman to take her home. The woman immediately takes her to an animal shelter where the dog is examined.
The dog is given the name Hope and the vet realizes that she is only four years old. Her back is crooked and she has a hernia that requires surgery.
After a week in the clinic, she is entrusted to a foster family.
Hope learns to trust
At first she is still very frightened, trembles and hides. The situation is very overwhelming for her.
But over time, she realizes that the people around her care for her and are kind to her.
Just one month later, she has changed a lot. Her frightened eyes radiate life and her fur is starting to grow more.
Over the next few months, she continues to gain weight and regains most of her strength. She becomes really healthy again. In the end, she is adopted by a loving family.
