Anyone who owns a dog or other pet would usually do anything to ensure that their beloved animal is well.
The woman in this video, however, sees things differently. She tries to abandon her sick and immobilized dog on a road.
Fortunately, she is caught in this cruel act by a couple who are actively committed to the poor dog’s welfare.
No love for this poor dog
It is not clear whether the dog in this video had an accident or is suffering from a serious illness.
What is certain is that the four-legged friend can no longer walk and can barely lift his head.
His current owner lovelessly carries the dog back to the car and carelessly lifts him onto the back of her pick-up truck.
The lady only does this after a passing couple catches her trying to leave the dog on the side of the road.
Rescue at the last second
Fortunately, the couple did not give in and forced the woman to take her dog to an animal shelter.
The look in the sad eyes of the sick dog shows that it has apparently already given up on itself.
In fact, the dog’s owner manages to shake off the rescuers on the way to the shelter when they stop at a red light.
However, the two were clever and wrote down the license plate number. Fortunately, the poor dog finally got the help he desperately needed.
Outrage all over the internet
The couple who rescued the dog from the woman are not the only ones dismayed by this cruel attempt.
Viewers on YouTube are also suffering along with the four-legged friend. This is what mariacheung647 writes in the comments:
